TOKYO, Nov. 28, 2017—Today, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) announced its plans to change its executive lineup and revise its organizational structure in January 2018 to further strengthen cooperation among companies of the Toyota Group and boost business innovation.
Turning Euros Green: Toyota Financial Services Issues First Euro-Denominated Green Bond Allocated Specifically to the Sales of Low-Emission Vehicles
Plano, Texas, Nov. 21, 2017 – Toyota Financial Services (TFS) issued its first-ever euro-denominated unsecured Green Bond today, expanding its industry-leading commitment to the sale of environmentally friendly vehicles. The €600 million bond will be used to fund the acquisition of new retail finance contracts and beneficial interests in lease contracts for Toyota and Lexus vehicles that meet specific clean air criteria, including powertrain, fuel efficiency and emissions. There are currently nine vehicles in the Toyota and Lexus lineup that qualify.

Toyota Unveils Third Generation Humanoid Robot T-HR3
Toyota City, Japan, Nov. 21, 2017 – Toyota Motor Corporation (Toyota) today revealed T-HR3, the company’s third generation humanoid robot. Toyota’s latest robotics platform, designed and developed by Toyota’s Partner Robot Division, will explore new technologies for safely managing physical interactions between robots and their surroundings, as well as a new remote maneuvering system that mirrors user movements to the robot.

Camry Driver Martin Truex Jr. Wins NASCAR Cup Series Driver’s Championship
HOMESTEAD, Fla. (Nov. 19, 2017) – Toyota Camry driver Martin Truex Jr. won the 2017 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) driver’s championship with a victory in the season finale at Homestead-Miami speedway Sunday evening. Truex led 78 laps in the finale to take the checkered flag on the 1.5-mile track to win his first MENCS title.
