As president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (Toyota Kentucky) since 2023, Kerry Creech oversees an $8.5 billion operation, which employs nearly 9,500 people, and in a year, can produce as many as 550,000 vehicles and more than 600,000 engines. Toyota Kentucky is Toyota’s largest production facility globally, producing the Camry, Lexus ES 350 (including hybrid versions of both), and RAV4 Hybrid; plus, four-cylinder and V6 engines, in Georgetown, Kentucky.

Prior to being named president, he was responsible for overall management of vehicle manufacturing and logistics at Toyota Kentucky.

During his 34-year career with Toyota, Creech has held several other manufacturing management positions, including general manager of assembly and management positions in quality control and engineering, and powertrain quality control. He started his career as a powertrain production team member at Toyota Kentucky in 1990.

In 2009, he was dispatched to Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana for a year to support the launches of the Highlander and Sienna as assistant general manager in quality control. He returned to Toyota Kentucky quality control in the same role in 2010.

Creech holds an associate degree in mechanical engineering technology from Lexington Community College as well as a Bachelor of Science in electronic engineering technology from Grantham College.

He currently serves on the board of the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers and supports numerous nonprofits including Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the Leukemia/ Lymphoma Society.

Creech is a veteran of the United States Navy.
