Toyota loves the land. And the air, the water, and the species that make those elements their home. Whether it’s clearing waterways or building bird colonies, Toyota facilities have long hosted community activities to help preserve local habitats. In fact, Toyota communities from Mississippi to Mexico have taken part in National Public Lands Day since 1999, working to improve parks, gardens and other public properties.

So, in celebration of the 50th annual Earth Day, here’s a montage of Toyota community members as they give back to their local ecosystems.
