Jaycie Dane is president of Toyota de Puerto Rico, a division of Toyota Motor North America. She is responsible for leading all sales, marketing, market representation, customer experience and retention activities for Toyota and Lexus in Puerto Rico. Dane is also responsible for the activities of Fundación Toyota and Lexus con las Artes.

Prior to this role, Dane served as vice president of Toyota de Puerto Rico responsible for all aspects of dealer operations.

Since joining Toyota in 1992, Dane has served in several leadership positions at Toyota Motor North America headquarters, U.S. region distributor offices and global locations.  She served as the general manager for the Lexus Division, the general manager for Toyota Logistics Services, the general manager for Lexus Latin America Caribbean Region in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the general manager for Lexus Central Area in Chicago, the assistant general manager for Toyota Chicago Region and corporate manager of the Scion Division. Dane also held various management positions in the Toyota Los Angeles Region office.

Dane earned a bachelor’s degree in Logistics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a master’s of business administration degree from California State University, Long Beach.
