During the interview, Hunter talks about the design process from concept cars to the final production of consumer vehicles. At Calty Design Research, employees look at the future of car design and mobility to help generate fresh ideas for Toyota vehicles. The advanced design studio was established to better understand U.S. consumers’ taste and has since gone on to design some of Toyota and Lexus’ most loved vehicles as well as the future of mobility.
