TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA, Sept. 11, 2012 – After six months on the market, the Prius Plug-in model has sold over 6,000 units. This sales figure represents sales momentum that has propelled the Prius Plug-in to a stronger first full six-months sales pace (6,061 units) than Chevrolet Volt Plug-in (2,745 units) and the all-electric Nissan Leaf (3,875 units).

Toyota Breaks Ground on New Training Center in Aurora

AURORA, Ill., September 5, 2012 – This morning, executives and associates at the Chicago Regional Office of Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. broke ground on a new, $4.9 million training center in Aurora. The facility is part of a campus-wide building project for Toyota’s regional sales office, which is located on Sequoia Drive in Aurora.
