Eliel Cole

Eliel Cole is president of TABC, located in Long Beach, CA. Established in 1972, TABC represents Toyota’s first North American manufacturing operation and produces sheet metal and aluminum components and weld sub-assemblies for Toyota’s North American truck manufacturing facilities, along with catalytic converters and numerous past model service parts for Toyota Motor North America (TMNA).

Prior to his current role, Cole was the Production Control general manager at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Guanajuato (TMMGT). Cole joined Toyota in 2006 working in the Production Control group at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Baja California (TMMBC). He later moved to Final Assembly before taking on a two-year assignment at TMNA. After finishing this assignment, he served as Model Change and Technical Skill Manager at TMMBC until 2017.

Cole has more than 13 years of automotive manufacturing experience and has supported several projects through his career at Toyota through manufacturing, production control and project management.

Cole holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.
