PLANO, Texas (Aug. 20, 2026) – Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) today announced an executive change designed to drive continued growth, advance its commitment to vehicle electrification and prepare for the future of mobility.

Effective Sept. 8th, Niki Allen will join TMNA as chief information officer. She will lead Toyota’s technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and AI capabilities, and overall technology operations in support of the business.

Allen comes to TMNA from Boeing Global Services (BGS) where she was responsible for the technology and digital strategy that kept customers flying safely, efficiently and sustainably across the globe. In addition, she ensured that the BGS workforce had the digital tools they needed to drive productivity and deliver operational excellence.

Prior to that role, Allen was chief IT & operations officer for the Boeing Enterprise globally, responsible for information technology infrastructure and workplace solutions for nearly 200,000 employees and partners worldwide.

Allen earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems from Southern Illinois University. She also holds technical certifications in Data Analytics and Technology Strategy from Villanova University.

Allen will report to Kim Cockrell, senior vice president, chief human resources and administrative officer, TMNA.
