PLANO, Texas (May 27, 2026) – Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is pleased to announce the following executive changes:
Tellis Bethel, group vice president and chief financial officer of Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC) and Toyota Financial Services International Corporation (TFSIC), and CEO of Toyota Financial Savings Bank (TFSB), has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer of TMCC and TFSIC, and CEO of TFSB. This change reflects the breadth of Bethel’s responsibility across the TMCC, TFSIC, and TFSB operations, the complexity of his role, and the important contributions that he makes in leading these companies.
Ellen Farrell, group vice president and TFS chief legal, compliance and administrative officer, and TFS and Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) chief respect for people officer, will transition to an executive advisory role at TFS. Farrell’s effective guidance has strengthened the company’s legal and compliance capabilities, and we look forward to working with her in this new capacity.
Stacie Bambauer, vice president and general counsel, is named TFS chief legal and compliance officer. Bambauer possesses both a thorough comprehension of the legal and regulatory complexities that affect our business, and exceptional leadership capabilities.
Kris Pritchard, vice president of risk, is promoted to group vice president of risk and indirect procurement shared services. Pritchard’s steady leadership and depth of expertise have helped TMCC manage credit, residual, and operational risk in frequently volatile environments. With this expansion of responsibilities, Pritchard will oversee TMCC’s and TMNA’s crucial indirect procurement activities.
