PLANO, Texas (Oct. 23, 2026) — Lexus is conducting a noncompliance safety recall involving certain model years 2022-2024 NX models. Approximately 68,000 vehicles are involved in this recall in the U.S.

The 7-inch combination meter display may become partially blank during startup and would not show some warnings/indicators to the driver. This causes the vehicles involved to not meet certain regulatory requirements. Continued driving with these warnings not displayed could delay the driver taking appropriate action and increase the risk of a crash.

All known owners of the subject vehicles will be notified and provided with a software update for the combination meter, free of charge. The software update will be made available through Lexus dealers and may also be made available over-the-air (OTA) in the future for vehicles that support this function.

Owners of involved vehicles will be notified by late-December 2026.

Information about automotive recalls, including but not limited to the list of involved vehicles, is current as of today’s filing date and is subject to change thereafter.
