Jason Puckett

Jason Puckett is president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama, Inc., (TMMAL) in Huntsville, Alabama. He is responsible for all production and administration functions at the manufacturing facility, which produces four-, six- and eight-cylinder engines for five North American assembled Toyota vehicles. TMMAL directly employs 1,400 and represents at $1.2 billion investment.

Previously, Puckett served as vice president of administration at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indiana (TMMI), where he also served as vice president of manufacturing and general manager of Body Weld and Stamping.

Puckett also served as general manager of Corporate Strategy at Toyota’s manufacturing and engineering headquarters responsible for overall manufacturing strategic initiatives in North America. He started his Toyota career at TMMI in 1997 as a specialist in Assembly preceding TMMI’s start of production, and has held a number of positions in Assembly and Production Control.

Puckett holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Evansville and has volunteered and served on a variety of community organizations, including a member of the board of director for the Indiana Advanced Manufacturing Council.
