Holly Walters is the GVP, Chief Strategic Alliance Officer, Hydrogen Operations.  In this role, Walters is responsible for shaping strategic direction, strengthening key partnerships, collaborating with shareholders, overseeing operations, and driving customer experience in the delivery of hydrogen to the ecosystem. Key collaboration partners include the Fuel Cell Solutions Team, H2 Team in Japan, and Fuel Cell Development Group.

In her previous role, she spent six years as GVP and Chief Information Officer for TMNA, driving TMNA’s enterprise digital transformation effort, focused on investing in connected, adaptable, secure, and advanced business capabilities to drive Toyota’s mission as a leader in the mobility industry. Key focus areas included delivering mission-critical systems modernization for manufacturing, dealer operations, customer experience, and the broader value chain. During this time, she also co-led the Connected Technologies Group, with specific focus on strengthening foundational capabilities, restructuring financial and business models, and talent development.

Previously, Walters was President and CEO of Toyota Financial Savings Bank (TFSB), where she oversaw all of Toyota’s U.S. banking operations, including a wide range of services to Toyota and Lexus dealers and consumers.

Prior to joining Toyota in 2007, Walters held senior roles in the financial services industry, including at JPMorgan Chase and PriceWaterhouse Coopers, focusing on the integration of technology and business operations, as well as foundational risk and compliance.

Walters serves on the Board of Woven by Toyota, the Board of Directors for National Centers for Family Learning (NCFL), is a Member of the Board of Trustees for Muskingum University, and the Board of the Toyota USA Foundation.

Walters earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and Business Administration from Muskingum College and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
