Tony Kelly is Vice President of Customer Services at Toyota Canada Inc. He is responsible for Service Marketing & Retention, Customer Support & Service Operations, Product Quality & Service Support, Parts Operations, Corporate Logistics, Customization Development & Marketing, and Toyota University. He is also a member of Toyota’s North American Quality Task Force.
Before joining Toyota Canada more than 20 years ago, Kelly worked for Toyota Ireland Ltd., where he honed his skills in a number of technical roles.
Kelly holds a diploma in Automotive Technology and Management from Technical College in Ireland.
