Niki Allen is group vice president, chief information officer for Toyota Motor North America (TMNA). She is responsible for Toyota’s technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and AI capabilities, and overall technology operations in support of the business.

Allen joins TMNA from Boeing, where she most recently served as chief information officer of Boeing Global Services (BGS), leading the technology and digital strategy that supported customers around the world and helped enable safe, efficient and sustainable flight operations. She also equipped the global BGS workforce with the digital capabilities and tools needed to enhance productivity and drive operational excellence.

Previously, she served as chief IT & operations officer for Boeing, with global responsibility for enterprise technology infrastructure and workplace solutions supporting nearly 200,000 employees and partners in over 60 countries worldwide.

Allen earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems from Southern Illinois University. She also holds technical certifications in Data Analytics and Technology Strategy from Villanova University.
