Mao Saka is Treasurer of TFS USA and Deputy CEO, Americas Oceania Region.  In this role, Saka provides executive direction over a range of the company’s business operations in the United States. He also oversees a wide range of operational aspects for Toyota sales finance companies in the Americas Oceania Region. Saka reports to Mark Templin, president and CEO.

Saka started his career in the Finance Division of Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) in Japan in 1993. In 2000, he was one of the original team members tasked with establishing the global operations of Toyota Financial Services Corporation (TFSC). Saka previously worked at Toyota Financial Services USA from 2003 to 2006.  He was with the Accounting Division of TMC from 2007 to 2012 and served as chief financial officer of Toyota Kirloskar Motor in India from 2013 to 2015. He returned to TFSC in 2016 and served as group vice president of the Corporate Planning Group until April 2019.

Saka earned his Master of Science degree in Finance from London Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tokyo.
