Todd Williams is president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Missouri and Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Tennessee. As president, Williams is responsible for all manufacturing and support functions at Toyota’s aluminum casting plants in Troy, Missouri, and Jackson, Tennessee. The two plants produce aluminum engine blocks, heads, and transmission cases and housings to support Toyota’s North American manufacturing operations.

Williams began his career with Toyota in February 1999, joining the company as a production team member in the assembly department at Toyota Indiana. He was promoted to team leader in assembly production before moving over to assembly pilot.

In 2004, Williams transferred to Toyota Texas to work on the Tundra start-up as an assembly production group leader. Within a few years, he was promoted to assembly manager with responsibilities for assembly, pilot and maintenance. In 2014, he was assigned to support the Tacoma new model launch as the Tacoma plant pilot manager.

After the new model launched, Williams rotated to human resources as the human resources development senior manager, overseeing talent management and staffing. By 2018, he was promoted to group manager, taking on the body weld and stamping departments. As group manager, he was responsible for production, engineering and quality, and maintenance in both body weld and stamping. In 2021, he rotated to Toyota Tennessee, where he served as group manager of manufacturing and was responsible for overseeing daily operations at the plant.

Williams was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana and attended the University of Southern Indiana. He and his wife Sherie have four children, and the family enjoys participating in sports and outdoor activities.
