Piotr (Peter) Kaminski is group vice president and chief transformation officer of Toyota Financial Services (TFS). In this role, he helps accelerate change across the business with a focus on digital activities, revenue growth, cost reduction, and how the company hires and trains team members. Kaminski serves on the TFS Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Toyota, Kaminski spent more than 20 years in leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, most recently as senior partner in banking and risk practices.

Kaminski holds a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
