Toyota Motor Manufacturing Mississippi
As president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Mississippi, Aaron Foster is responsible for all manufacturing and administration functions.
The manufacturing facility, located in Blue Springs, produces the Corolla, Toyota’s highest volume selling vehicle globally.
Prior to his role as president, Foster served as vice president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Mississippi where he oversaw all manufacturing functions including Press, Weld, Paint and Assembly Operations. Before that, he served as general manager of Manufacturing at the joint venture plant, Mazda Toyota in Huntsville, Alabama. In that role, he supported the stabilization of operations during the launch of the Toyota Corolla Cross and Mazda MX30.
Foster joined Toyota in 2007 as a paint engineer at the Blue Springs facility. He was part of the first hiring group, playing an integral role in the history and construction of the plant. During his tenure with Toyota, Foster has held a variety of leadership roles across multiple departments including production, engineering, maintenance, and administration.
Foster is vice president of the Mississippi Automotive Manufacturers Association (MAMA) board and serves on the manufacturing council of the Mississippi Business Alliance (MSBA) and other local community boards. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
