Tracey Doi serves as chief financial officer and group vice president for Toyota Motor North America, responsible for accounting, finance, tax, corporate strategy and planning.

Doi is a change agent skilled in major transformation, strategic planning, business analytics, enterprise systems, and corporate governance.  She has a passion for building highly engaged teams to successfully grow Toyota in this disruptive auto mobility environment.

Doi is an executive member of the North American Management Committee, which sets strategy, mid- to long-term business plans, and drives opportunities to increase competitiveness.  She serves on the Audit, Benefit, and Divisional Executive committees.

Additionally, Doi is an independent board director for City National Bank, a Royal Bank of Canada company. She chairs the Audit committee and is a member of the Risk committee. Previously, Doi served on the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco Economic Advisory Council.

Doi is an active board member of the National Asian American Pacific Islander Chamber of Commerce, 2020 Women on Boards, and the Japanese American National Museum, in addition to volunteering for the Orchid Giving Circle at the Texas Women’s Foundation. Doi has been named by the Texas Women’s Foundation as a 2020 Maura Women Helping Women Award winner, an honor presented to leaders who have catalyzed change for women and girls. In addition, Doi has been recognized by Automotive News three consecutive times as one of the Top 100 Women in the automotive industry, as well as by D CEO as one of the Top 500 most influential business leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth.
