Mike Groff

Mike Groff is president and chief executive officer of Toyota Financial Services (TFS) USA, and CEO of TFS Americas Region, overseeing all operational and financial activities in North and South America, including more than four million active finance accounts and over seven million insurance agreements in the U.S. alone. 
 
Since joining Toyota 1983 as the seventh employee at Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, Groff has held positions across a wide range of roles, including branch and regional manager, Corporate Marketing and Leasing manager, vice president of Corporate Strategy, vice president of Customer Service, and senior vice president of Sales, Marketing and Product Development. In 2013, Groff was named president & CEO of Toyota Financial Services. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Toyota North American Executive Committee and TFSC Global Management Committee.

Groff is a national trustee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and, in 2016, was awarded the Dan Donahue Leadership Award from KidWorks, which restores at-risk neighborhoods in Santa Ana, California. 

Groff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and a master's degree in Business Administration from Chapman University in Orange, California.
