Fletcher Davidson is group vice president of the product support division for Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc.
Davidson is responsible for corporate accessories; product quality and service support; service and parts support; and North American Parts Operations (NAPO), which is service parts and accessories fulfillment across North American and all export markets where North American-produced vehicles are sold. He leads a team of nearly 2,200 associates, who maintain over $4.0 billion in sales.
Most recently, Davidson was group vice president and general manager of Toyota Motor Customer Services (TCS) Division. In this role he oversaw the five after-sale departments of TMS, which include service parts, accessories, product quality, dealer operations and customer relations. In this capacity, he led a team of 2,400 associates in support of $3.5 billion in sales.
Previously, Davidson was vice president and general manager of NAPO, responsible for a two-tier supply chain network and an array of functions, including procurement, warehouse operations and supply chain strategy. Prior to this, Davidson was vice president of distribution and logistics operations for NAPO.
Davidson has also held other roles, including national parts logistics planning manager; national parts supply manager; and parts systems development manager.
Davidson joined Toyota in 1973 as parts planning administrator.
Davidson earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from California State University, Long Beach and a master’s degree in management science from the University of Southern California.
