Nancy Fein is group vice president, customer service, for Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc.
Fein is responsible for all activities relating to customer satisfaction, customer communications and voice-of-the-customer tracking for Toyota within the United States. Fein provides key leadership to Toyota's Customer First Initiative.
Prior to this assignment, Fein was vice president of customer relations for Toyota, and vice president of customer service for Lexus, the luxury division of TMS, where she was responsible for all activities related to parts, service, customer satisfaction and dealer training for Lexus within the United States.
Since joining Toyota in 1982, Fein has held a number of positions, including corporate manager of new era business systems, national retail development manager, national parts supply manager, national service planning and operations manager, warranty manager and service administrator. She was responsible for service, parts, technical and consultation activities and served as assistant general manager for Toyota Division in the Los Angeles Region. She later served as general manager for Toyota Division in the Kansas City Region.
Automotive News recognized Fein as one of the 100 Leading Women in the Automotive Industry in 2005. In 2006, Automotive News recognized her as “Automotive All-Star.”
Fein serves on the board of trustees for Rochester Institute of Technology and on the boards for Peninsula YMCA and CORO Business Development.
Fein received a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y., and a master's degree in management from the University of California, Los Angeles.
