Tim Morrison is vice president, customer service, for Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc. He is responsible for all activities relating to customer satisfaction, customer communications and voice-of-the-customer tracking for Toyota within the United States. In this role, Morrison also provides key leadership to Toyota’s Customer First Initiative.
Most recently, Morrison was vice president, customer retention, responsible for Toyota Division sales and service retention.
Prior to that, Morrison served as vice president of Lexus sales and dealer development for the luxury car division.
Beginning his career with Toyota in 1980, Morrison has held a number of management positions, including corporate manager of marketing communications and corporate manager of car and van marketing for Toyota Division and national sales promotion manager at TMS headquarters.
His regional experience includes terms as general manager of the Boston Region, vice president and assistant general manager of Central Atlantic Toyota Distributors, assistant general manager and field operations manager for the Denver Region, and various staff manager and district manager positions for the Cincinnati Region.
Morrison received his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
