Crandall provides oversight for the company’s retail, lease and wholesale financing and operations for commercial trucks and lift-trucks. He is additionally charged with leadership of the company’s Vendor Management Office (VMO) which provides sourcing, procurement and supplier management. Crandall reports to Mike Wells, Group Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Insurance and Product.
In his prior role, Crandall was Vice President of Customer Service Center (CSC) Operations. He oversaw strategy and operations for all three TFS Customer Service Centers including Customer Loyalty Services, Customer Service, Administrative Services, Retail and Lease Collections, Resource Management and Insurance Services in support of Toyota and Lexus Financial Services dealers and customers. He led the CSC organization through a period of unprecedented economic challenges while delivering record performance. He led the strengthening of the Centers of Excellence and the establishment of the company’s vendor management function.
Crandall began his career with Toyota in 1986, joining Toyota Motor Credit Corporation as a Business Development & Facilities Analyst. Since then, he has held a number of positions with Toyota, including Cash Management Administrator, Senior Financial Analyst, Customer Service Manager, Product Manager, National Product Operations Manager and Corporate Customer Service Center (CSC) Manager of TFS’ Customer Service Center (CSC) located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Crandall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from San Diego State University in San Diego, Calif.
