President - AirFlite
Craig Grucza is group vice president for Corporate Shared Services at Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), where he is responsible for real estate and facilities, indirect procurement, payroll and vehicle services, administrative services, and security and fire services.
Under his guidance, the new Headquarters building in Plano, Texas, is being built and certain administrative functions for Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. (TMS) and Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. (TEMA) are being combined.
Grucza is also president of AirFlite, where he oversees Corporate Flight Operations, including company aircraft services globally, dispatch, safety, and maintenance. AirFlite's main base of operations moved from Long Beach Airport in Southern California to McKinney, Texas, in 2015.
Before his current roles, Grucza was vice president of human resources at TEMA located in Erlanger, Kentucky. TEMA supports Toyota’s engineering and manufacturing operations in North America. He was also general manager of human resources from 2009 to 2012, responsible for rewards, recognition and talent management at TEMA.
Grucza joined Toyota in 1992 as a human resources specialist at its assembly plant, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc. (TMMK), located in Georgetown. In 1996, he was promoted to human resources manager. In 2006, he was promoted to general manager of human resources at TMMK overseeing team member relations, employee involvement, compensation, staffing and recruiting, safety and medical programs as well as organization and performing management development programs.
Prior to joining Toyota, he held positions in human resources, customer service, production control and purchasing at CorryHiebert, a division of Hon Industries.
Grucza earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Edinboro State College, in Edinboro, PA.
